Lane required banner
Section titled “Lane required banner”Symptom: Cannot pay; banner asks to select lane.
Fix: Select checkout lane in top bar; open shift on that lane. See Store, lane & shift.

Stock error on add or pay
Section titled “Stock error on add or pay”Symptom: Message about insufficient stock; line highlighted.
Fix:
- Reduce quantity.
- Enable allow negative stock in store sales settings (owner).
- Check pack/case sellable pool for variations.

Payment failed / card declined
Section titled “Payment failed / card declined”Symptom: Terminal or API returns failure.
Fix: Retry on terminal; try another tender; check terminal connection (Terminal setup).
Payment stuck pending
Section titled “Payment stuck pending”Symptom: Spinner never completes.
Fix: Wait for webhook/poll timeout; do not start second charge; see Card payment and FAQ — hardware.
Guest cannot use debt
Section titled “Guest cannot use debt”Symptom: Khách nợ disabled.
Fix: Attach CRM customer (Customer debt).
Session expired mid-sale
Section titled “Session expired mid-sale”Symptom: Redirect to login.
Fix: Sign in again; local tab draft may restore from browser storage.
