FAQ — access and roles
Cannot open Sale
Section titled “Cannot open Sale”Cause: Missing pos or order write on employee role.
Fix: Owner updates role in Dashboard → Employees → Roles — add POS write. See Roles (Vendor).
Access denied page
Section titled “Access denied page”Cause: Route requires module not in profile.modules.
Fix: Match module to screen (Login and access); owners always pass most POS routes.
No Customers tab
Section titled “No Customers tab”Cause: Role lacks customer read.
Settings visible but hardware save fails
Section titled “Settings visible but hardware save fails”Cause: Need settings or pos write for device CRUD.
